Inactivation of seed virus 10 TCID50/ml IBDV by formalin, complete inactivation occurred after 18 hours. Two new oil adjuvants were used in preparation of inactivated IBD vaccine, Montanide ISA-70 and Montanide ISA-50 oil adjuvants in comparison with those used in local and imported vaccines which were Marcol and parafin
