Laser ablation has been one of the less commonly used modalities of pereutaneous image-guided tumor ablation of malignant neoplasms, m, ainlyu of the liver. The techniuque of laser thermoablation depends on inserrtion of a lser fibre inside the tumor and heat-induced coagulation necrosis. The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficiency of laser ablation in the management of patients with malignant primary and secondary lung neoplasms
