Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Engineering - Department of Mechanical Power Engineering
The present study focuses on improving the efficiency of multi junction photovoltaic (MJ-PV) cells affected by the density of dislocations and defects in the structure. The current work investigates a recently developed technique, embedded void approach (EVA), which can be used to overcome high thermal expansion coefficient and lattice mismatch between several layers of MJ-PV
