Non - Uniform Rational B - Splines (NURBS) is one of the most powerful tools used to represent curves and surfaces. It is a piecewise parametric approximation to curves and surfaces. It can represent curves and surfaces of any degree but, in the same curve the degree is unique so, it is necessary to find a way to represent lines of degrees higher than one. Lines can be represented but the problem is to identify singular points in the corners. The goal of this work is then to identify single and exact corner point of lines represented by cubic NURBS. By this way a combination of arcs and lines can be represented by one NURBS with error not to exceed 10⁻¹². This combination has exact points in the whole curve or surface as well as corners
