Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Andrology and S.T.Ds Summary: Penile suspenory ligament is important to support the penis and maintain axial rigidity during intercourse. It has been speculated that patients with penile prosthesis complaining from penile instability during intercourse is due to laxity of suspensory ligament. To assess the operative outcome of strengthening of suspensory ligament in cases with laxity of suspensory ligament and loss of axial rigidity as a complication of semi rigid penile prosthesis implantation. The study was carried out on 6 penile prosthesis patients complaining of penile instability during intercourse. All patients were subjected to full history taking, general and local examination, penile length measurement before and after surgery, photographing of penis before and after surgery, IIEF - 15 before and after surgery and satisfaction score for both patients and partner before and after surgery
