Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Radio-diagnosis
Today we are in a position to image the entire body with a single MRI examination . This is largely attributable to the enormous technical progress in the field of MRI technolgy . Various indications for whole-body MRI - both oncological and non- oncological have already been clinically evaluated . For instance whole - body MRI can be deployed for patients with bone metastases as an alternative to the standard of reference bone scintigraphy or in comparison with FDG-PET
