Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine. - Department of Oral Surgery Summary: The current study included eight patients with unilateral displaced zygomatico - orbital fractures . Preoperative and one week postoperative CT scanning of the mandible and facial skeleton were done for all patients . Preoperative corneal projection was measured by CT based Hertel examination . All patients had a preoperative degree of enophthalmos which showed a significant linear correlation with orbital volume increase
