520			_aThis study was done to determine the effect of aerobic exercises on vitamin D status and ionized calcium in post natal women. Forty post natal women were selected randomly from outpatient Clinic of Gynecology department, of Al Zahraa hospital, Al Azhar University in Cairo. Their ages ranged from 20 to 35 and their BMI ranged from 25 to35 kg/ m2. They were randomly assigned into two groups equal in number; group A (control group) :They didn’t perform aerobic exercises for three months (n=20).
520			_aأجريت هذه الدراسة لتحديد تأثير التمرينات الهوائية على مستوى فيتامين د والكالسيوم المتأين عند النساء بعد الولادة. شاركت أربعون امرأة بعد الولادة في هذه الدراسة. تم اختيارهن بشكل عشوائي من العيادة الخارجية لقسم أمراض النساء بمستشفى الزهراء بجامعة الأزهر بالقاهرة. تراوحت أعمارهن من 20 إلى 35 وتراوح مؤشر كتلة الجسم لديهن من 25 إلى 35 كجم / م 2. تم تقسيمهن بشكل عشوائي إلى مجموعتين متساويتين في العدد المجموعة أ (المجموعة الضابطة ) لا تمارس التمرينات الهوائية لمدة ثلاثة أشهر
