520			_aThe pregnancy period is a sensitive period in both fetuses' and mothers’ lives, any therapeutic drugs enter the body of the mother can pass through the placental barrier and strongly induce abnormal prenatal development and congenital malformations for fetuses The current research showed the teratogenicity effects on both mothers and fetuses due to treatment of the pregnant rats with Flibanserin and 5-HTP separately and combinedly during the organogenesis gestational period. The rats under test were grouped to four groups (untreated), Flibanserin group (orally treated with 25 mg/kg), 5-HTP group (subcutaneously treated with 25 mg/kg), and combined drugs group (orally treated with 25 mg/kg with Flibanserin and subcutaneously treated with 25 mg/kg with 5-HTP). Observing the Presence of teratogenic morphological anomalies in treated rats comparing to the control rats. Tests showed decline in number of fetuses, abnormal fetal distribution within the uterine horns, presence of resorption cases and bleeding. additionally, fetuses from treated mothers showed inhibition in weights and lengths, skeletal abnormalities and absence of complete bone ossification. The study of the liver and kidney tissues from both mothers and fetuses after maternal treatment with Flibanserin and 5-HTP separately and combinedly showed histopathological malformations, it can be concluded that Flibanserin and 5-HTP have affected separately and greatly affected combinedly on pregnant rats and their fetuses on all aspects. According to the findings of this study, women and their featuses also have the same risk.
520			_aيعتبرالحمل فترة في غاية الحساسية و الاهمية لكل من الامهات الحوامل و اجنتهن، حيث ان اي مادة دوائية علاجية تدخل جسم الحامل يمكنها ان تمر من خلال حاجز المشيمة و تؤثر بشكل قوي و تنتج تشوهات للاجنة، تم تنفيذ العمل الحالى لإستقصاء إمكانية حدوث التشوهات الشكلية للأجنة نتيجة تجرع الجرذان البيضاء وأجنتها خلال فترة الحمل للفليبانسرين و 5- هيدروكسي تريبتوفان كلا على حدة و مدمجين معا.تم تقسيم الفئران تحت البحث الى اربعة مجموعات، المجموعة الاولى و هي المجموعة المرجعية و قد تجرعت الماء المقطر فقط ، المجموعة الثانية تجرعت الفليبانسرين عن طريق التجرع الفموي (25مجم /كجم) المجموعة الثالثة تجرعت 5-هيدروكسي تريبتوفان عن طريق الحقن تحت الجلد (25مجم /كجم)، المجموعة الرابعة والاخيرة تجرعت الدوائيين معا الفليبانسرين فمويا وال 5- هيدروكسي تريبتوفان حقنا تحت الجلد. تم ملاحظة ظهور تأثيرات مسخية في الفئران المجرعة عند المقارنة لفئران المجموعة المرجعية. الاختبارات اظهرت نقص كبير في عدد الاجنة، وتوزيع غير طبيعي للأجنة في الرحم، وظهور بعض حالات الاجهاض والنزيف. ايضآ، الاجنة من الامهات الاتي تم تجريعهن بالأدوية اظهروا وزن وطول اقل بكثير من امثالهم من اجنة المجموعة المرجعية. وتم اكتشاف بعض التشوهات العظمية وعدم اكتمال عملية التعظم. الفحص المجهري لانسجة الكبد والكلى من كل من الامهات والاجنة بعد التجريع للفليبانسرين و5- هيدروكسي تريبتوفان بشكل منفصل ومدمج اظهر وجود العديد من التشوهات والتأثيرات المضرة للأنسجة. والاستنتاجات وفى ضوء النتائج السابقة، يمكن الاستنتاج بأن الادوية فليبانسرين و5-هيدروكسي تريبتوفان لديهم القدرة على إحداث تشوه جنينى فى الجرذان البيضاء وأجنتها إذا تم تجرعهم سويا او كل على حدة
