520			_a- نستخلص من تلك الدراسة أن هناك أهمية كبرى للممرات المائية وترجع أهميتها إلى موقعها والدور التي تلعبه فى الملاحة الدولية، حيث أنها تحتل موقع هام فى العالم وفى منتصف منطقة الشرق الأوسط التي لها أهمية اقتصادية وأهمية إستراتيجية كبرى، وبالتإلى فإن تلك الممرات المائية تختصر المسافة بين دول جنوب وشمال الأرض. - كما أنها تمر من خلالها الناقلات العملاقة الذى تنقل البترول من مناطق الإنتاج بالخليج العربي إلى مناطق استهلاكه ، فنجد أن حماية المصالح العربية فى الممرات المائية بالبحر الأحمر لا تتم إلا من خلال فتح قواعد وتسهيلات لقوات التدخل السريع للدول الكبرى ، فضلًا عن الالتزام بجعل الممرات المائية بالبحر الأحمر مفتوحة للسفن فى جميع الدول وفقًا لقواعد قانون البحار للمرور بالمضائق فى أوقات السلم والحرب . - هناك تأكيدات عدة أشارت إلى أن البحر الأحمر تحول إلى مسرح وساحة للصراع تتزايد فيه عوامل الصراع الدولي والإقليمى نظرًا لأهميته الجغرافية والإستراتيجية والأمنية بالنسبة لدول المنطقة فضلًا عن دول العالم أجمع ، ولما كان البحر الأحمر وكافة الدول التي تطل عليه، ومن ثم فقد أصبح البحر الأحمر مع الخليج العربي يشكلان ركن الحساسية الأول للكيان العربي إذ أصبح أمن وسلامة دول الخليج العربي ترتبط ارتباطا عضويا بسلامة وأمن البحر الأحمر . - على الرغم من اتخاذ العديد من الجهود لحماية وتامين الممرات المائية على البحر الأحمر إلا أنه مازال حلبة للصراع الدولي بسبب تناقض واختلاف السياسات العربية وعدم قدرتها على التلاحم والاتفاق فى وضع إستراتيجية عربية فعالة وقوة عسكرية بحرية مشتركة وموحدة تتمثل فيها كافة الدول العربية والمطلة على البحر الأحمر تعبر عن إرادة عربية واقعية وفعلية لضمان تحقيق أمن البحر الأحمر وتأمين أقطارها من التهديدات الداخلية والخارجية . إن التهديدات التي تواجه المضايق المائية تمثل أداة ضاغطة على الدول الكبرى وذلك فى إطار العقوبات التي يتم فرضها ، ولكن ذلك يعود بشكل سلبي على أمن منطقة الخليج العربي والدول
520			_a- We conclude from this study that there is a great importance to the waterways and their importance is due to their location and the role they play in international navigation, as they occupy an important position in the world and in the middle of the Middle East region that has great economic and strategic importance, and therefore these waterways shorten the distance between countries South and North Earth. - It also passes through giant tankers that transport oil from the areas of production in the Arabian Gulf to the areas of consumption. We find that the protection of Arab interests in the waterways of the Red Sea can only be done through opening bases and facilities for the rapid intervention forces of the major countries, as well as a commitment to make the waterways of the Red Sea open to ships in all countries in accordance with the rules of the law of the sea to pass through the straits in times of peace and war. - There are several assertions that indicated that the Red Sea has turned into a theater and arena of conflict in which factors of international and regional conflict are increasing due to its geographical, strategic and security importance for the countries of the region as well as for the countries of the whole world, and since the Red Sea and all the countries overlooking it, then the Red Sea has become with The Arabian Gulf constitutes the cornerstone of the first sensitivity of the Arab entity, as the security and safety of the Arab Gulf countries has become organically linked to the safety and security of the Red Sea. - Although many efforts have been taken to protect and secure the waterways on the Red Sea, it is still an arena for international conflict due to the contradiction and divergence of Arab policies and their inability to cohesion and agreement in developing an effective Arab strategy and a joint and unified naval military force in which all Arab countries bordering the Red Sea are represented. A realistic and effective Arab will to ensure the security of the Red Sea and secure its countries from internal and external threats. The threats facing the water straits represent a pressure tool on the major countries, within the framework of the sanctions that are imposed, but this is negatively related to the security of the Arabian Gulf region and the countries bordering the Red Sea.
