520			_aBack ground: Scaphoid nonunion is challenging to manage because of its geometry, the direction and type of fracture, and the vascular supply to it. Objective: to compare between k.wires versus headless screws fixation with bone grafting for un-united scaphoid fractures regarding radiographic and clinical union of the scaphoid fracture. Conclusion: both methods show no differences in the impact on the time to union, rate of union, deformity correction, and the clinical outcomes.
520			_aيصعب علاج الكسر الغير ملتئم لكسر الزورقية بسبب طبيعة تكوين عظام الزورقية واتجاه ونوع الكسر والامداد الدموي لها. الهدف الرئيسي في علاج كسرالزورقية غير الملتئم هو استعادة طول الزورقية والمحاذاة وتصحيح التشوه والتثبيت الشديد. يشمل العلاج الجراحي الرد المفتوح والتثبيت الداخلي مع ترقيع عظمى والتثبيت إما بمسامير عديمة الرأس أو أسلاك معدنية. لم تكن هناك اختلافات في مدى تأثير طريقة واحدة على وقت ومعدل الالتئام، وتصحيح التشوه، والنتائج السريرية. كان التثبيت بواسطة مسمار عديم الرأس أكثر تطلبًا من الناحية الفنية وقد يلعب حدوث الأخطاء التقنية دورًا بارزًا في حدوث عدم الالتئام. لذلك ونظرًا لسهولة استخدام الأسلاك معدنية، وانخفاض التكلفة، خاصة في البلدان النامية، فقد يكون بديلاً جيدًا للمسمار عديم الرأس هربرت.
