520			_aNo-reflow one of the common pPCI complications affects long-term morbidity and mortality, our study done on anterior STEMI patients presented to the cardiovascular department of KASRALAINY and the NATIONAL HEART INSTITUTE aims to predict the occurrence of this phenomenon by clinical examination to detect acute heart failure and laboratory markers as MPV, TLC, CRP and atherogenic index of plasma, and also to detect thrombus burden and initial TIMI score during angiography. There was a significant difference in the No-reflow group regarding the Killip class and the CRP, NLR, MPV, and thrombus burden levels.
520			_aتعد ظاهرة عدم تدفق الدم داخل عضلة القلب بعد اجراء القسطرة التداخلية فى المرضى المصاين باحتشاء الجدار الامامى من عضلة القلب من اهم المضاعفات المحتملة لهذا الاجراء , والهدف من دراستنا توقع حدوث تلك الظاهرة لمنع حدوثها وتحديد الطرق الافضل للتعامل معها وذلك عن طريق الفحص الاكلينيكى للمرضى لتحديد حدوث فشل حاد مباشر بعد الاحتشاء والنتائج المخبرية المتمثلة فى صورة الدم الكاملة ووظائف الكلى وتحليل بروتين سى التفاعلى ونسبة دهون الدم وايضا حجم وكثافة الجلطة وايضا درجة الانسداد المبدئى عند التصوير الوعائى وتبين فى النتائج فرق واضح بخصوص كفائة العضلة و ارتفاع عدد الصفائح وعلامات الاتهاب المتمثلة فى بروتين سى التفاعلى ونسبة خلايا العلات لخلايا الليمف وكثافة وحجم الجلطة لدى المرضى الذين قد عانوا من احتشاء العضلة.
