520			_aThe current study aimed to assess the role of vitamin D3, versus Sildenafil citrate, versus low dose aspirin in pregnancies complicated by fetal growth restriction, the study was applied on 99 pregnant women who were diagnosed with fetal growth restriction and were divided according to the treatment received into three equal groups, we found that birth weight in Sildenafil group was significantly higher when compared to Vitamin D3 group. In addition, patients in Sildenafil group had significantly lower S/D ratio, resistance index, and pulsatility index when compared to patients in Vitamin D3 group.
520			_aهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقييم دور فيتامين د3، مقابل سترات السيلدينافيل، مقابل جرعة منخفضة من الأسبرين في حالات الحمل المعقدة بسبب تقييد نمو الجنين، وقمنا بتطبيق دراستنا على 99 امرأة حامل تم تشخيص إصابتهن بتقييد نمو الجنين وتم تقسيمهن حسب للعلاج الذي تم تلقيه إلى ثلاث مجموعات متساوية، مجموعة تلقت الأسبرين و فيتامين د3 و مجموعة تلقت الأسبرين و سترات السيلدينافيل و مجموعة تلقت الأسبرين فقط، وبنهاية الدراسة، كان الوزن عند الولادة في مجموعة السيلدينافيل أعلى بكثير بالمقارنة مع مجموعة فيتامين د3. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كان لدى المرضى في مجموعة السيلدينافيل نسبة انقباضية/انبساطية أقل بكثير، ومؤشر المقاومة، ومؤشر النبض مقارنة بالمرضى في مجموعة فيتامين د3.
