520			_aThirty-Four (15 male and 19 female) patients who had cervical myofascial pain syndrome (MFPS) following a neck dissection surgery were participated in this study. Their ages ranged from 30 to 60 years. The participants were selected from the oncology department, Zagazig University and randomly distributed into two equal groups. Group A (Scapular PNF group): This group included 17 patients who received Scapular PNF, in additional to traditional treatment in the form of (ROM exercises, stretching exercises, and strengthening exercises) 3 times per week for one month.
520			_aشارك في هذه الرسالة أربعه وثلاثون مريضا ممن يعانون من متلازمة الألم العضلي بعد عمليات تشريح الرقبة وقد تم تقسيمهن عشوائيا إلي مجموعتين متساويتين في العدد. مجموعة (أ) شملت 17 مريضا يتلقون اشرطة التسهيل العصبي العضلي لعظمه لوح الكتف الي جانب العلاج التقليدي ثلاث مرات بالأسبوع لمدة شهر. مجموعة (ب) مجموعة شملت 17 مريضا يتلقون العلاج التقليدي ثلاث مرات بالأسبوع لمدة شهر. وقد تم التقييم لجميع الحالات في المجموعتين (أ وب) قبل بداية الدراسة وبعد مرور اربعة اسابيع. ولقد أظهرت النتائج تحسنا ملحوظا عند إضافة التسهيل العصبي العضلي لعظمه لوح الكتف إلي برنامج تمارين العلاج الطبيعي التقليدي وأدي ذلك إلي تحسين آلام الرقبة وتحسين المدي الحركة للرقبة وكذلك تحسين المدي الحركي لمفصل الكتف بعد تشريح الرقبة.
