520			_aهدفت الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على دور منهجية ستة سيجما الرشيقة Lean Six Sigma كمتغير مستقل من خلال الأبعاد الأربعة (دعم والتزام الادارة العليا، التدريب، إدارة التغيير، الرقابة) ودوره في التأثير على المتغير المستقل وهو تحسين أداء المؤسسات الصناعية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وصممت استبانة مكونة من عدد (33) بنداً، وبلغ حجم العينة العشوائية (94) فرد من العاملين بمصنع بدر للرخام والجرانيت بمدينة بدر الصناعية، وتم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة على الاستبانة ومن ثم تحليل البيانات المستخلصة منها وقياس مدى تأثيرها على أداء المؤسسات الصناعية، وتم الكشف عن جذور المشكلات والتركيز على الاجراءات الوقائية أكثر من الإجراءات التصحيحية، كما تناول ايضا التعرف على المقومات الضرورية لتطبيق فلسفة المنهجية بكفاءة مع اختلاف تلك المقومات وفقا لطبيعة نشاط المصنع وأسلوب إداراته ونطاق تطبيق برامجه، وكذلك تناول المعوقات المتعددة التى تؤثر سلباً على تطبيق عملية تطبيق المنهجية. وتم اجراء دراسة استطلاعية بالمصنع كشفت عن وجود بعض القصور داخل المصنع وضرورة التركيز على التوعية وتدريب الفرق على المفاهيم والممارسات المرتبطة بستة سيجما الرشيقة قبل بدء التنفيذ، وأهمية توفير الدعم اللازم بعد التدريب للمساعدة في استمرار تطبيق منهجية ستة سيجما الرشيقة فى المشاريع الفعلية مع عدم وجود الوعى حول فوائدها فى الأعمال التجارية مع نقص توافر الموارد. واختتمت الدراسة بالنتائج والتوصيات وتم درجها كخطة عمل تعتبر خارطة طريق للإدارة العليا وفرق العمل لكى تمكنهم من تطبيق منهجية ستة سيجما الرشيقة بصفة مستدامة للمشروعات المستقبلية والاستفادة من مفاهيمها فى تحسين أداء المصنع قيد الدراسة وبالتالي يمكن الاستفادة لباقي المؤسسات الصناعية التي تعمل بنشاط صناعة الرخام والجرانيت، بما أنها تعتبر أداة هامة لتحسين الأداء الإداري والجودة، وتعتبر بمثابة فلسفة تسعى لتحسين كافة العوامل المتعلقة بإنتاج المنتجات، ولما له من نتائج إيجابية على تحسين الأداء من جهة وضمان ولاء العملاء من جهة أخرى.
520			_aThis study aims to shed light on the role of the Lean Six Sigma methodology as an independent variable through the four dimensions (top management support and commitment, training, change management, monitoring) in improving the performance of industrial institutions. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach to achieve the objectives of the study, and designed A questionnaire consisting of (33) items, and the size of the random sample was (100) individuals working at the Badr Marble and Granite Factory in Badr Industrial City, The study revealed the existence of a statistically significant positive effect of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and its pillars under study on the performance of industrial institutions. The study revealed the presence of some deficiencies within the factory and the need to focus on awareness and training of teams on the concepts and practices associated with Lean Six Sigma before starting implementation, and the importance of providing Support needed after training to help in continuing the application of Lean Six Sigma methodology in actual projects with a lack of awareness about its benefits in the business and lack of availability of resources. The roots of the problems were revealed, and the focus was on preventive measures rather than corrective measures. It also addressed the identification of the necessary components for applying the methodology philosophy efficiently and the differences in these components according to the nature of the factory’s activity, its management style, and the scope of application of its programs, as well as addressing the multiple obstacles.Which negatively affects the application process of the methodology.The study concluded with the necessity of applying the lean Six Sigma methodology and its role in improving the performance of industrial institutions, as it is considered an important tool for improving administrative performance and quality and is considered a philosophy that seeks to improve all factors related to the production of products, with the need for management to pay attention to the lean Six Sigma methodology to improve the performance of its institutions because of its results. It has a positive effect on improving performance on the one hand and ensuring customer loyalty on the other hand.
