520 _aUnderstating the shallow geology in the deepwater part of the Nile Deep Sea Fan (NDSF ) is tackled within the area of the Northeastern Mediterranean Deepwater concession (NEMed ) operated by Shell Egypt for hydrocarbon exploration . 3D seismic data and core data is used to study the shallow geology in two different scales . 3D seismic data and core data is used to study the shallow geology in two different scales .
