520 _aPrevious studies reported in the literature confirm that ceramic fillers especially nitrides and carbides reveal high heat stability due to their refractory properties . Therefore , this study is concerned with the synthesis of aluminum nitride ceramic filler via novel aluminum precursor followed by pyrolysis in an inert atmosphere of nitrogen or argon taking into consideration the various parameters that can affect the formation of the final product ( e. g. temperature time of reaction and type of intert gas ...etc.)
