520 _aIn the present study, the antimicrobial efficiency of three ethanolic extracts of propolis (EEPs) was evaluated against seven foodborne pathogens, three gram negative bacteria (Salmonella typhimurm, Escherichia coli and E.coli 0157:H7) and three gram positive bacteria ( Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus) and yeast strain (Candida albicans).
