Endothelial dysfunction was shown to constitute an independent predictor of Cardiovascular events . Objective : To detect early vascular changes in pediatric renal transplant recipients. Conclusion : Pediatric renal transplant recipients tend to show evidence of vascular dysfunction, although significantly less than those on regular hemodialysis
