520 _aThe original work of the submitted thesis consists of two new research projects entitled: (1) Site- and regioselectivity of the reaction of hydrazonoyl Chlorides with perimidine-ketene animal. Antimicrobial evaluation of the products and (2) Synthesis, Tautomeric structures and antitumor activity of new perimidines. In the first project: reaction of hydrazonoyl chlorides with perimisine ketene amimal derivative in dioxane in the presence of triethylamine afforded either pyrrolo[1,2-Ü]perimidines or pyrazolyl perimidines depending on the type of hydrazonoyl chloride used
