| 520 | _aEffective medialization of the middle turbinate is an important aspect of ESS. Several techniques of MT medialization were described. The basal lamella relaxing incision (BLRI) is a novel technique of middle turbinate medialization that is designed to maximize the distance between the middle turbinate and lateral nasal.
