520 _aThis paper examines the usage of fractal - based geometry in wire antennas, with focus on speficic examples, the Koch fractal island and the H fractal. A novel fractal element antenna design is reached. Such a design exhibits resonance at multiple useful frequencies that are well - suited for the industry. The design is also more compact than euclidean - based geometry wire antennas
