520 _aRift Valley fever virus (RVFV) is an emerging pathogen that maintains high biodefense priority based on its threat to livestock, its ability to cause human hemorrhagic fever, and its potential for aerosol spread. In the present work the effect of 5.2 Hz AMW on the liver of whole body mice infected with Rift Valley fever virus was studied. 85 female balb/c mice were used, 10 were used as normal group; the other 75 mice were equally divided into three groups namely A, B, and C. Group A animals were whole body exposed to 5.2 Hz AMW for 30 minutes, group B were infected with Rift valley fever virus and left without further treatment, and group C were infected with Rift valley fever virus then exposed to 5.2 Hz AMW for 30 minutes after one day from the infection (symptoms appeared)
