520 _aThe main target of this study was to evaluate the effect of inclusion of selected agro industrial by products in growing NZW rabbits diets on nitrogen balance and Urine N: fecal N ratios as indicators of the environmental impact of rabbit feaces through two experiments. In the 1st experiment, five sources of agro industrial by products (date stone, sugar beet pulp, orange pulp, lemon pulp and olive cake) were evaluated at two levels (35 and 70%) of the control diet barley or (9.5% and 19%) of the total diet. Accordingly, a total of 11 experimental treatments were tested. In 2nd experiment, the best two by products (sugar beet pulp and orange pulp), selected from 1st experiment, at the two levels (35% or 70%) of the control diet barley were tested without or with two feed additives probiotic (300g / ton diet) and citric acid 20 kg / ton
