520 _aObjective The objective of this study was to evaluate the clinical and radiographic effect of using bone graft in conjunction with Autologous Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) versus bone graft and Guided Tissue Regeneration (GTR) in treatment of periodontal buccal class II furcation defects. Conclusions Both treatment modalities led to highly significant clinical and radiographic improvements in management of class II furcation involvement when compared to the baseline throughout the experimental periods; however the use of Collagen membrane with xenograft aided in significant increase in BD than PRF membrane with xenograft. PRF is a viable and biocompatible autologous biologic material and its placement is easier and does not require a skill when compared to collagen membrane.
