520 _aThe aim of the present study of the deep marine turbidite depositional systems is to define their distribution and depositional models through a practical case study of Sapphire turbidite reservoirs in Sapphire field, West Delta Deep Marine (WDDM). This was done based on the integration between geological and geophysical data sets including wireline logs, Formation Micro Images (FMI), biostratigraphic data, seismic lines and seismic amplitude extractions over Sapphire hydrocarbon-bearing reservoirs. The output of the integration between the high resolution biostratigraphic data, sequence stratigraphic analysis, systems tracts, seismic interpretation and amplitude analysis helped to build the depositional models of Sapphire reservoirs and define their morphology, extension and distribution in time and space. These proved that Sapphire reservoirs were classified into two main types of successive turbidite complexes. The older complex includes Sapphire 90, 80, 70 and 60 fan lobes type sandstones which were deposited as successive 4th order parasequences during the HST of the 3.4 3rd order cycle and are characterized by their wide lateral continuity. The younger complex includes Sapphire 40 and 50 turbidite channels which were deposited during the LST and TST of the 3.5 3rd order cycle
