520 _aThe current endoscopic study was carried out on 237 total dogs. Out of them 93 mongrels' dogs endoscopically diagnosed with GIT disease and take in 5 dogs for chromoendoscopy. The remained 57 dogs were endoscopically free from GIT lesions, out of them 8 dogs were chosen as a control group. In addition to 87 clinical cases; out of them 39 pet dogs exhibited imminent pathological lesions during endoscopic scrutinization. The diagnosis march for reaching the attentive diagnosis of each nominated dog was included some or sum of the diagnostic tools namely radiology, ultrasonography, endoscopic biopsies for histopathological examination, parasitological identification, and hematological examinations. Mongrels' dogs are more affected with gastrointestinal diseases than the other pet dogs' breeds (all clinical cases). The endoscopic lesions of the esophagus, the stomach, the duodenum and the colon were various percentage indifferent dog breeds. Chromoendoscopy was applied for diagnosis of reflux esophagitis and reflux gastritis which associated with metaplastic changes. The endoscopic diagnosis was giving the definitive diagnosis and was very useful in detecting certain affections which was not detected by any other diagnostic tool such as esophagitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, hiatal hernia, and billiary reflux
