520 _aThe application of distributed generation resources has largely grown in the last two decades in order to feed steadily growing electrical demand on the distribution power network. The much technical and economical benefits that DG units can achieve using both conventional and renewable energy sources have encouraged most developed and developing countries to install many and many of these DG units on their electrical distribution networks. The installation of DG units on distribution networks can be made in an optimal manner where an objective function can be selected to be optimized, while satisfying the load flow equations governing these networks, as well as different technical constraints imposed on this network (bus voltages and feeders thermal limit constraints. In some cases, the selected objective function can include different electrical parameters through using weighting factors
