520 _aThis work has been carried out to evaluate, the role of Interleukin 2 (IL-2), Interleukin 4 (IL-4), Interleukin 6 (IL-6), Interleukin 8 (IL-8), Glutathione (GSH), Malondialdehyde (MDA), Superoxide dismutase (SOD) Glutamate dehydrogenase (GLDH) and Interferon-Þ (IFN-Þ); in control & for patients suffering from chronic renal failure (CRF) and receiving a regular hemodialysis treatment, also group of patients with liver disease (HCV), in addition patients with (CRF) combined with liver diseases (HCV). Finally all the experimental results evaluated and tabulated statistically Analyzed. Conclusion: IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, GSH, MDA, SOD, GLDH and IFN-Þ can be consider good diagnostic parameters in patients suffering from chronic renal failure (CRF), patients with liver disease and also for patients with (CRF) combined with liver disease.
