Part {u04C0}{u04C0}: Stability-indicating methods for determination of Clobetasol propionate in presence of its alkaline degradation products which includes five sections, Section A: Introduction and Literature Review for Clobetasol propionate were discussed, Section B: Forced degradation studies of Clobetasol propionate under alkaline stress condition were presented, Section C: it includes stability indicating TLC {u2013} densitometric method for the determination of Clobetasol propionate in presence of its alkaline degradation products, Section D: it includes first derivative of ratio spectrophotometric method for determination of Clobetasol propionate in presence of either its alkaline degradation products or Chlorocresol preservative present in its pharmaceutical formulation and Section E: ratio difference spectrophotometric method for determination of Clobetasol propionate in presence of its alkaline degradation products and Chlorocresol in its pharmaceutical formulation.
