520 _aThis work aims to synthesis green fast biogenic silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using the aqueous and ethanolic extracts of three Terminalia species (T. catappa, T. bellerica and T. muelleri). Both extracts were phytochemically screened. Moisture, total ash, protein and polysaccharides contents were estimated. The in vitro antioxidant activity of the silver nanoparticles recorded the highest botent value. The anti-inflammatory activity of T. catappa and T. muelleri recorded the highest inhibition percentage in the carrageenan induced hind paw edema in rats. The results also revealed that the aqueous extract of T. catappa and its silver nanoparticles recorded the highest in vivo antioxidant effect. The three Terminalia species were further in vivo examined as hypolipidemic agents in hypercholesterolemic rats, where T. catappa recorded the most potent effect. The cotton fabrics finished with both ethanolic extracts and their AgNPs were done, where the cotton fabrics treated with the synthesized AgNPs showed the highest antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory activities
