520 _aObjective: The aim of this work was to systematically review the studies which assess the effects of low level laser on wound healing after burn. Methods: Systematic review of all published studies with all research designs except expert opinions. A search was made in Medline, Cochrane library, PEDro and Google scholar; from the earliest date to September 2015 Intervention: Different types of low level laser performed by the physical therapist in wounded patients after burn. Outcome measures: wound healing. Results: Only 3 studies met the inclusion criteria. There is conflicting evidence on whether low level laser can accelerate the wound healing. The three studies show significant acceleration of wound healing .All studies are of high methodological quality except one study of poor quality. Conclusion: The current level of evidence to support the effectiveness of low level laser on wound healing after burn is good
