Analysis of the demographic data, clinical, laboratory, radiological findings, complications and outcome between adenovirus positive group, bocavirus positive group and non adeno non boca group. Results: 168 children were included from October 2014 to February 2015,about thirty patients(17.85%) had adenoviral infection mainly at January(37%) and about fourteen patients (8.33%) had human bocaviral infection mainly at December (29%).the most common clinical features of AdV positive-group were fever, wheezes (93.3%), tachypnea (93.8%), nasal congestion (86.7%), and the most common clinical features of hBov-postive group were fever, tachypnea (92.9%), wheezes (78.6%), respiratory secretions (57.1%). The mean SD of duration of hospital stay in AdV patients was 3.9 ± 4.68 days while it was 4.57 ± 3.27 days in patients of hBoV. (86.7%) of AdV- positive patients were admitted at general wards and (13.3%) were admitted at PICU, while (78.6%) of hBoV-positive patients were admitted at general wards and (21.4%) were admitted at PICU.about(93.3%) of AdV-positive patients were discharged,(6.7%) died, and (85.7%) of hBoV-positive patients were discharged, (14.3%) died
