Analysis of the demographic data, clinical, laboratory, radiological findings, complications and outcome between adenovirus positive group, bocavirus positive group and non adeno non boca group. Results: 168 children were included from October 2014 to February 2015,about thirty patients(17.85%) had adenoviral infection mainly at January(37%) and about fourteen patients (8.33%) had human bocaviral infection mainly at December (29%).the most common clinical features of AdV positive-group were fever, wheezes (93.3%), tachypnea (93.8%), nasal congestion (86.7%), and the most common clinical features of hBov-postive group were fever, tachypnea (92.9%), wheezes (78.6%), respiratory secretions (57.1%).
