520 _aThis study was conducted to evaluate clinically and radiographically the effect of low intensity laser after surgical gingivectomy and gingivoplasty on healing of tissues as well as bone density. The cases were divided into two groups: control group and laser group (subjected to four sessions of Diode laser 908nm). We conclude that LILT provided an easy as well as an efficient method for accelerating bone deposition and increasing bone density as well as better healing of soft tissues
