520 _aA modified artificial bee colony for solving the container loading problem is very important problem because the cost can be reduced by increasing the space utilization ratio. Artificial bee colony (ABC) after modified search equation using differential Evolution (DE) and also tunes parameters of ABC using Taguch{u2019}s method. We use heuristic approaches called wall building with ABC to solve container loading problem. MABC with its probabilistic decision rule is used to generate random solutions. The utilization ratios calculate with the Wall building heuristic. The nectar information feedback of MABC using neighborhood updating rule helped to improve the solutions. Computational experiments were conducted on benchmark data set and the results obtained from the proposed approach are shown to be comparable with other methods from the literatures
