520 | _aNowadays, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) introduce real time applications services to customers in addition to best offer applications. ISPs environment represents a complex due to the fact that it consists of multiple subsystems that interact together to perform the overall function of the system. The current network environments have two critical characteristics: heterogeneity in networking technologies and the emerging of new applications. Since the 90{u2019}s a lot of research efforts have been provided Quality of Services (QoS) for different types of networks. This thesis scope is The SPs for Real Time Applications Service Providers. Due to the shortage in the existing models that highlight the components that should be considered to address heterogeneity issue, the using of static configuration parameters on the QoS policy mechanism, and there is a lack in defining the service availability parameters in Complex System, there was a need to develop a new model to address these issues. The new model is proposed to address the heterogeneity characteristic of this complex system. The newly proposed model is considered as a Global Framework for QoS, Security, and Applications (NPM for QSA). NPM for QSA is divided into three parts: Customers, Service Selector, and Service Provider. Customers are representing the service requirements and evaluation of the provided services either through the Quality of Experience (QoE) and the monitoring tools which should be provided by the service selector. The Service Selector consists of six Ontologies which represent the overall operation cycle starting from selecting to obtaining the services. The Service Provider component that consists mainly from six interfaces that interact directly with the Service Selector and Customer to complete the operation cycle for Services provisioning | ||
