520 | _aThe experiment was conducted in the Department of Orchards of the Faculty of Agriculture, Cairo University during the years of 2015-2016. The study was divided into three sections: Experiment 1. Effect of bio-fertilization (microbine-green power- potasiomag) with growth environment. Experiment 2. Effect of different concentrations (6-8 - 10 g / pot) of chemical fertilizer NPK (20:20:20) with growth environment. Experiment 3. Effect of the interaction between bio and chemical fertilizer and its different concentrations with the growth environment. In order to study the factors that preceded the growth of the chemical composition of the Moringaoleifera trees and the results obtained were in: Part I. All the treatments used in the experiment resulted in a significant increase in the studied vegetative traits. The highest values were achieved by microbine and green power fertilization and cultivated in the mixed soil. In view of the pigment content in the leaves, the highest values were found by bio-fertilization (microbine and green power) The increase in soil mixed gave the total carbohydrates in the leaves, the highest values which were found in the plants cultivated in the mixed soil and the potasiomag fertilizer as significantly increased the mineral elements % (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) as a result of soil cultivation mixture and fertilization (microbine and green power). Part II. the treatments used in the experiment resulted in a significant increase in the vegetative traits studied. The highest values were achieved by chemical fertilization (NPK at 8 g / pot) with soil mixture. Given the dyes, the highest values of the fertilized plants were obtained with NPK at 8 g /pot and grown in clay soil | ||
