It was found that 82.67% of children had a form of school absenteeism due to their nocturnal asthma, and 57.33% of parents had a form of work absenteeism due to their child{u2019}s nocturnal asthma. School absenteeism was significantly higher in cases with inadequate asthma control compared to those with adequate control.
