Methods: A convenient sample of (30) nurses working in stem cell transplantation unit as bed side nurses working in Nasser institute &El sheikh Zayed hospital .Tools: two tools were formulated & tested to collect data pertinent to the study : Tool 1: Knowledge assessment questioner sheet for nurses working with stem cell transplant patients, tool 2 : Observational checklists for nurses working with stem cell transplant patients.
