| 520 | _aThis thesis is concerned with the development of simple and accurate methods for the analysis of some drugs used in muscloskeletal system disorders and osteoporosis therapy namely leflunomide, teriflunomide, diacerein, rhein, methocarbamol and raloxifene hydrochloride. The studied drugs were analyzed in drug substance, in laboratory prepared mixtures with their degradation products and related impurities, in drug products and in plasma. The thesis consists of the following sections: 1. Introduction This section includes an overview of muscloskeletal system disorders and osteoporosis, their causes, symptoms, treatment. Followed by a detailed presentation of the investigated drugs and the different methods described in literature for their estimation. 2.
