520 _aTime management behaviors are considered as determinant of success, and the position of obtaining such skills by managers has been defined more than before. Aim; this study was conducted to examine the effect of time management training program on the nursing managers' performance and job satisfaction. Research hypotheses: H0 (1): Nurse managers{u2019} time management knowledge total mean score will increase after passing time management training program compared to total mean pre {u2013}program knowledge score .H0 (2): Nurse managers{u2019} perceived time management skills total mean score will increase after passing time management training program compared to total mean pre {u2013}program skills score . H0 (3): Nurse managers{u2019} time management performance total mean score will increase after passing time management training program compared to total mean pre {u2013}program performance score.H0 (4): Nurse managers{u2019} satisfaction total mean score will increase after passing time management training program compared to total mean pre-program satisfaction score. Research design; Quasi-experimental design utilized to conduct the training program for nursing managers. Research setting; this study conducted at private hospital affiliated to a University. Subjects; composed of all nursing managers (n= 20) who were actually in the active workforce during the time of data collection. Tools; Three tools used for data collection: - time management questionnaire, time management observational checklist and job satisfaction questionnaire
