The first chapterincludes an introduction about the synthesis of phenylthiazole derivatives and their anti-Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) activities.The second onedisplays the research objectives and schemes constructed for the synthesis of the new target compounds.The third one consists of the theoretical discussion of the experimental work and antibacterial activity of the new target compounds. The fourth chapter is concerned with the experimental work of preparing the intermediates and the target compounds in details. Moreover, the physical properties of the synthesized compounds, their element analyses and spectral data are elucidated. Additionally, it contains the antibacterial assays, the physicochemical and pharmacokinetic investigations of the target compounds and their molecular docking study
