520 _aThis randomized clinical trial was conducted on 20 patients to evaluate the primary stability and the marginal bone loss of 10 root-analogue DLMS titanium implants and 10 immediate conventional titanium implants at the time of implant insertion and after 6 months follow{u2013}up.This approach could have some advantages, such as uncomplicated immediate implant placement, and decrease in treatment time with fewer surgical interventions, with increased patient comfort moreover, DLMS produce implants with superior mechanical properties by varying the porosity of the bulk and surface material thus enhancing osseointegration. Primary stability was evaluated by periotest while marginal bone loss was measured by CBCT. Although RAIs showed low PTVs (high stability) compared with conventional implants ,marginal bone loss was noticed especially buccal bone loss and this may be due to inaccuracies related to CBCT and DLMS process
