520 | _aBackground: Facial rejuvenation has markedly evolved over the past several decades. Although many techniques have been described, the MACS-lift is still one of the commonly used considerably safe and simple techniques. This study aims to reverse aging gravitational face effects using antigravitational sutural suspension loops and midface volume loss restitution to help optimize midface lift results. Methods: This prospective observational study was conducted on 25 patients, presenting with facial aging signs and requesting face-lift. All patients underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty with midface and MACS-lift to help accomplish the patient{u2019}s demands and according to the surgeon{u2019}s vision to achieve the best aesthetic result possible for the aging face. Results: Patients had a mean age of 54 years (SD ±7.5). The female to male ratio was 23 to 2, with women comprising 92% of the sample. Patient satisfaction measured at a scale of one to ten, with one being extremely dissatisfied and ten being extremely satisfied, indicates an overall satisfaction with an average of 8.96.The distance between point A (corresponding to the patient{u2019}s oral commissure) and point B (corresponding to the vertical perpendicular point on the palpebro-malar groove) showed a postoperative distance improvement of an average of 8 mm | ||
