520 | _aBackground: Stroke is the main cause of long-term disability. Spread of covid 19 around the word prevent hospital admission for long period. Therefore, it is essential to improve accessibility to rehabilitation services in home. Objectives: To evaluate the strength of evidence regarding the role of telerehabilitation in further developing activities of everyday living for stroke survivors versus in-person rehabilitation. Methods: Intensive search was done in electronic databases: PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Pedro, the reference lists were also checked. Randomization Controlled Trials (RCTs) that compare telerehabilitation applications with face-to-face therapy for patients after stroke were included. The methodological quality of each included trial was assessed, and the data was extracted. Modified Sacketts scale was used to determine level of evidence. The results were analyzed by pooling the data of change scores between pre-and post-intervention through calculation of the overall standardized mean differences with a 95% confidence interval. Results: Screened records only fourteen studies were included. All of them were about stroke. Telerehabilitation may not have a significant impact on activities of daily living, upper limb function, or balance | ||
