Recurrence of the hematoma is one of the most common complications which have been studied by many neurosurgeons.The recurrence and pathogenesis of CSDH are still a topic for debate and some uncertainty continues, the different surgical techniques of drainage plays an important role in the recurrence of the hematoma, in this study, we compared 2 surgical techniques of drainage between 2 groups single burr hole with subdural drain and double burr hole with subgaleal drain and it{u2019}s relation with the recurrence rates
