Like other industries, pharmaceutical industry may encounter some problems during manufacturing processes and it is usual to use many improvement methodologies to solve any problems and to overcome any obstacles may affect this industry, keeping in mind that continuous improvement is an essential part of culture of pharmaceutical industry.This study deals with manufacturing processes of ophthalmic products inside a pharmaceutical site.
