Diffuse large B - cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common subtype of non - hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) .Patients with aggressive (DLBCL) at time of diagnosis were reported to have a poor prognosis with standard therapy.Addition of other active chemotherapeutic drugs as ETOPOSIDE to the classic chemotherapy (CHOP) has been studied as a way of improving the clinical outcomes in DLBCL patients
