تشتمل هذه الرسالة على مقدمة وتمهيد عن: المقاصد الجزئية تعريفها، ونشأتها، وطرق معرفتها، ومراتبها، وأقسامها. ثم تتوزع الرسالة خلال بابين رئيسين، هما: الباب الأول:المقاصد الجزئية المتعلقة بالأيمان والنذور، ويتكون من خمسة فصول، و الباب الثاني: المقاصد الجزئية المتعلقة بالكفارات، ويتكون من ستة فصول. أما الخاتمة اشتملت على أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة. كما أوصت الدراسة بعقد بروتوكلات تعاون مع وزارة الأوقاف المصرية لنشر الفكر المقاصدي بين أئمة المساجد وعمل ندوات مجانية، وتوزيع مطويات توضح ضرورة اعتباره مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية فيما يطرأ على حياتنا اليومية، وعلى مجتمعنا من نوازل، ومستجدات

This thesis includes introduction and two main parts. Introduction and two main parts involves: Part one: Partial purposes related to oaths and vows, and consists of five chapters. Part Two: partial purposes related to atonement, and consists of six chapters. Conclusion: the most important findings of the study, including, for example: the purposes of the Sharia are necessary to preserve human life, facilitate him to fulfill their role, and achieve the task of the caliphate entrusted with it. This study recommended holding cooperation protocols with the Egyptian Ministry of Awqaf to spread the intentional thought among mosque imams to conduct free seminars, and distribute brochures explaining the necessity of considering it the purposes of Islamic Sharia in our daily lives, calamities and developments in our society.
