The optical communication system is consists of source, optical fiber, and detectors. The optical fiber represents transmission media which transport laser from the source to de- tector. The laser is being a carrier for information. Building optical passive network (PON) with low cost (that is mean low number of optical fiber, and optical sources) is being achieved by Wave Division Multiplexer PON (WDM-PON). The WDM-PON in- creases the number of used wavelengths (carriers) and reduces the spaces between them. Establishing PON with capacity reach to thousands end-users and 1 Gbit/s data rate over a single fiber needs new phenomena called Ultra-Dense WDM (UDWDM). The UD- WDM approach can be realized using Optical Frequency Comb (OFC) technique. The OFC is a technique that generates several coherent harmonics of its input signal with very narrow separation. The main parameters of OFC are occupied bandwidth, number of wavelengths, spectral flatness, and Optical Signal to Noise Ratio (OSNR). In this thesis we illustrated new three systems to generate OFC with large number of lines
